Small-to-midsized organizations (SMOs), whether for profit or non-profit, are typically more sensitive to changes in general economic conditions and find that establishing and auditing goals and objectives is the mission critical imperative they must contend with, including cash flow issues, retaining top talent and “staying the course” of their strategic plans and objectives.
